I’ll give you structure, specific questions, and support every step of the way - plus, you’ll always have room to ask questions or clarify things if you need to. You don’t need to “know it all” to be ready.
I specialize in working with product-based businesses because of my focus on packaging design, but I occasionally work with service-based brands when there’s a strong alignment in values, sustainability, or storytelling. If that’s you, feel free to reach out - we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
Yes! I know this is a big investment, so we offer flexible payment options. We offer payment plans of 2, 3, and 4 installments.
I can absolutely help recommend eco-conscious materials and guide you in the right direction based on your product, goals, and budget. This is already included in our service and we even offer manufacturer sourcing as well as a free bonus!
Most projects take 6 to 10 weeks depending on the scope and how quickly feedback is returned. Packaging subscription clients typically get a one-task turnaround each month. We’ll set a realistic timeline together during onboarding so you always know what’s happening next.
We offer a refund of 75% the total price paid if you choose to back out of a project before it is finished. We do keep 25% as a non refundable deposit for our time, resources, and commitment to your project. Once the project is completed and signed off by you we do not offer any refunds.
