On a hot summer night in the desert of arizona
I was born here, Yuma AZ in the middle of winter. Just as hot as a summer day where I live now
But this is also where my love for the world bloomed like a cactus flower
You see I discovered art as a place to feel in a safe way. My imagination became that place and became my love.
My love for nature started here too, I lived in a neighborhood full of wildlife. From coyotes to foxes to javelina and snakes and tarantulas; we were surrounded by fascinating creatures!

You see, people tell you the world as it is now, is doomed. But we all have this star in our hearts that dreams of cities covered in wildlife, streets covering in people and over forms of life, a peaceful place that is slow and soft, but also bustling with creativity and care.
However the state of the world lies on the shoulders of our economy and our economy is shaped by those who create it. Right now it serves a select few that take at the expense of others… but what if instead the economy was based on thousands of small businesses that all collectively focus on one thing? A better world
