On a hot summer night in the desert of arizona
I was born here, Yuma AZ in the middle of winter. Just as hot as a summer day where I live now
But this is also where my love for the world bloomed like a cactus flower
You see I discovered art as a place to feel in a safe way. My imagination became that place and became my love.
My love for nature started here too, I lived in a neighborhood full of wildlife. From coyotes to foxes to javelina and snakes and tarantulas; we were surrounded by fascinating creatures!

MY PETS
This is Kuma! He is my first pet and my lil soulmate. It’s a symbiotic relationship of comfort for each other’s anxiety lol. He’s very cuddly and polite but if he doesn’t know you he will bark or give you his paw in hello but that’s rare.
This is Nightlight, I got him as an adult from a store he was surrendered to, once the employee said he hates people or contact I decided we’d be perfect because I feel the same lmao (jk kinda). Now he is comfy and curious!
This is Excalibur, she’s my first baby snek. With a lil sword on her head which is her namesake, I held her at my first reptile expo and the seller said I was the first she calmed down in the hands of. My friend told me as I walked away that it’s a sign to get her, 2 minutes later we made a deal and she came home with me!
